Spectrum started with a vision to provide radically patient centered care.
We are a specialty clinic in Bellingham, WA providing women's health, gynecology care, and gender affirming care to women, transgender, and LGBTQI+ community members. We specialize in sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, gender affirming hormone therapy, and perimenopause and menopause.

Birth Control, STIs, irregular bleeding and gynecological conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, pain with intercourse, PMDD. On your terms!

Perimenopause & Menopause
Perimenopause can affect women as early as 35 years old. Receive assessment and evidence based, FDA approved treatment from a North American Menopause Trained provider.

Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy
Initiate or continue treatment based on your gender expression goals. Individualized care based on UCSF, WPATH, TransLine, and the Endocrine Society guidelines to inform your decisions about your healthcare and transition.

Primary Care
Prevention and wellness services for patients from puberty to post menopause. This includes mammograms and pap smears and annual labs. Screening for chronic health issues and management of anxiety and depression.

I offer longer visits so you have time to tell your story and get answers.

Our clinic is located in the Fairhaven neighborhood of Bellingham, WA. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – I offer telehealth for Washington State residents.
