I am a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. I graduated from Frontier Nursing University in 2019 and am board certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives. I previously practiced at women’s clinics in Mt. Vernon and Bellingham before starting Spectrum to provide reproductive health, gyn care and gender affirming care to the Bellingham, Washington community. Prior to becoming a nurse midwife and nurse practitioner, I worked as a doula and then a nurse in acute care, psych, women’s services and labor and delivery.

I provide gynecologic care and gender affirming care. I provide gynecologic primary care for acute and chronic conditions, annual exams, and have a passion assisting patients with gender affirming hormone therapy. I provide evidence based care and enjoy balancing holistic options with intensive therapies. 

I feel especially rewarded treating patients with sexual pain disorders, as this population so often goes unheard and undertreated. I enjoy treating the whole person and assisting patients in transition- puberty and into adulthood, perimenopause and menopause and into gender congruence.

I have additional training and mentorship to better serve patients through: the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH), North American Menopause Society (NAMS) and a Menopause Certified Provider , World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and the The Fenway Institute and am proud to be a Health at Every Size (HAES) provider. If you haven’t heard of HAES, read more about this model of care here.
