Instructions for accessing The patient portal

Step 1: Invitation Email

You will receive an email from Patient Fusion with instructions for accessing the records online after your first visit.

Step 2: Sign-Up/Login

Follow the instructions in the email to Access Your Records. You will be directed to the Patient Fusion Login/Sign-Up page.
If you have never had a Patient Fusion account proceed with the Sign-Up process, otherwise you should Login with your previously created credentials and proceed to Step 4.

Step 3: Confirm your Email

After completing the Sign-Up process, you will receive a confirmation in your email. Click confirm in the email and proceed to login with the credentials you created.

Step 4: Verify your Enrollment

Login to Patient Fusion, and follow the registration steps detailed below.
You can register by using one of the following methods:

A. Using the temporary PIN (Emailed to you in the invite email)

B. Or using your phone number recorded by the doctor

The patient fusion portal is great for:

  • Reviewing lab results

  • Refill requests. Please speak to your pharmacist or ask your pharmacy to transfer prescriptions prior to asking Spectrum

  • Sending all patient care messages/requests

  • Reviewing information about our past visits

When should I schedule a visit instead?

  • If portal messages require longer discussions, multiple back and forth messages or clarifying questions - A visit is best!

  • New medications and dose adjustments 

  • New orders or referrals - unless this is part of a specific plan we discussed during an appointment

Visits should still be scheduled through the visit scheduling link on our website, although you will see upcoming visits updated in your patient portal.
